Chapter 1 - Arrival of the Creator Consciousness came slowly, as the haziness took its marry time fading away. A young man was lying on the floor, motionless. "Uuuh... ugh..." he mumbled painfully. Wincing, he opened his eyes, still unable to focus. "Ow... my... my head. What the fuck happened?" He was lying on his belly, with his right cheek pressed against the cold floor, so he rolled over, with some difficulty, to sit upright. It took him a moment to come around. When he did, he realized he was in a very unexpected place. Straight in front of him, was a line of statues... along the wall... in medieval armor, their faces hidden behind helms. They were all covered in moss as if they had stood there for ages. Each one was in an arch as if they had been carved out of the wall itself. They had swords in hand, with the blades pointing downwards, like knights standing in the presence of their king. It was some kind of grand hall. "What the... ?" thought the young man, still sitting

Ages ago, in a far away realm, there was a bright young pupil of a powerful old mage. Her name was Kali-Baleen and she had just come of age. She had many suitors in the royal ball. The king was an honorable and loving man, he adored Crystalline. A more loving father had never been seen. The king's rivals however, were evil nobles with no honor. They made sure the king was a goner. The evil nobles all wanted the princess' hand, so they could be king and rule the land. But the princess thought this was very unfair, so she up and vanished in thin air. In her wake, only a crystal statue remained. The crown no one attained. One hundred and twenty three years went by, in gloom. And a legend began to bloom. It was said, one day, a brave knight would find the princess. And he'd do it with finesse.
