To be honset, this is a fanart I need to re-do. In this size (internet size) it looks good, but in printing size, it's full of problems... line work is a mess and the coloring is just to sketchy in some areas...

This is absolutely gorgeous. And the little elements that you added in there make it very interesting as well, like the Sheikah symbol on the glove and the markings on the sword. I bet Link really does imagine that on his journeys.. Zelda...

A good comic page layout. The detail is great, I was just taking a close look at the 'master sword' and I really like what you've done with its design. The only thing that bothers me is his expression in the first panel, is it meant to be angry or determined?

Anyway, still a great piece all round

About the expression... well, I guess I didn't give it that much thought. I think I just wanted him to look like he always looks in the official ilustrations I've seen. I mean, have you ever seen the adult Link smile, ever? He always has that "Bring it on! I'm ready for anything!" look... *shrugs*

hot!! this is so awsome!! I'm so psyched for the new game!! zelda is the only game besided Kingdom hearts I've had the patience for to beat lol <3 but yeah I totally love this his outfit is so well done and the background (the clouds) are almost windwakerish, I love the lil fairy XD

Yeah, I figured the perfect Zelda game would be a mix of "Wind Waker" and "Twilight Princess" (the new game). Hehehe. WInd Waker was one of the best Zelda designs ever, in my opinion, reminded me of those old days when I played the very first Zelda for the old Nintendo... I love Zelda... in each new game they manage some how to make me love it even more! Anyways... thanks Ranma! =^.^=

I think it was something to do with the expactations every one had. They wanted to see more realistic graphics... and when they saw the cartoony visuals of Wind Waker... meh, actually it is strange... I mean, who wouldn't like those graphics. =^.^=

yeah i can see that...thats what happens when people rely to heavely on the graphics of a game to please them...I look at graphics as a plus

I mean some of the most fun games are the NES games

Wow, that looks amazing! I like how the clouds resemble the ones in Windwaker. What really gets me is how you did the sky and the rolling hills. The light there looks so cool.

All in all a wonderful piece. I am afraid that my comment is not doing this piece justice.

The colors add such amazing depth. You must of taken a long time with this and it shows.

Thanks! The hills in the back were quite silly actuallty... I just mixed up a few color tones and smudged them up until they looked like shadowy hills. The Sky on the other hand was quate some work... took a few tries untill it looked anything like a sunset sky. Anyways... I'm really glad you liked it! Thanks again. =^.^=
